Photoshop has Hue/Saturation and Adjust Color Balance for changing colours.

It's depending on what you need. Somethin like change the seal of a skin to green so that it looks more orcish or somethink like this I can do. But I'am at the moment very bad in painting some arour and other things.

Well, I would like recolors of the hydra, dragon and shade skins so they are all white (to make color tinting in Warcraft more believable). If you know of any free programs I can use for recolors, that would also be appreciated.

What about Gimp? I used it to make my avatar look more GOLDEN
