Hope this help

1. Open the playdota or dota guide (or something else) website that have icon you want.
2. Simply save icons you want. (Right click --> save image as...)
3. Convert to blp format with Button Manager (http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools-560/button-manager-v1-8-2-a-116280/)
4. Import to your map (maybe you already know how to import icons)
5. Done

download and save .gif to computer
open .gif with Gimp save as .png (mostly its .gif because loads fast for slow connections, not that it actually contains any anim)
open .png with BLPlab save as .blp
open .blp with buttonmanager make variants of yourbuttonpic.blp

@LS you did remove it from your signature, so it has zero exposure.

No it's not recolors it's all exported from PD. In PNG form, we can view and edit em easily, for sig. I lost my BB Codes. It needs to use tab. Can you help me?

You guys do realize that all, if not most icons in dota 1 are either the ingame icons, hidden icons, icons downloaded from hive or from WoW right?

There are some that are new, not even in wc3 and wow, example Spectre
most of wow's recolored other of wc3 recolored

in the case are the ones I want
