Completion of few models + texture change

Hi I'm back from my long pause and I have quite big request.

I need someone to finish these 3 models, their models are in zip

Here this model is missing other half, front and back. It looks like this in WoW.

here I need to change a few textures of these models. The textures selected in red bracket have to be replaced with some pretty variation of wooden textures used on the other parts of house.

I would really appreciate your help, I can mention you in the credits for helping me if you want. Also I have one question, does anyone here know som good model or skin of necromancer or ghoul?
