add borde

I'm having a problem on two icons, has anyone any how to put edge?
If you centralize the images that are with 56x56, and will stay with 64 x 64 with black edge

Did you know can resize in paint, opt pixel and set it to 64

Yeah I know, I couldn't centralizes it them in paint :/
