What is the meaning of the semi-corporeal? The mentioned person can be toucheable or she/he/it needs to drink water/eat different types of food? Sorry, my knowledge about this, quite lack, so I need help (and Google do not show too much information about that).

Anyway, semi-corporeal means that it is bound to physical objects, but it isn't just those objects, and has a spirit presence of sorts. Like a bunch of floating rocks that form something (like a golem, but with the rocks being separate and floating, controlled by something). So it has a physical form, but it isn't the physical form.
