Same old jungles and oceans, the usual "Food Web" will just happen and happen for millions and billions of years. b.) sun rising on west is technically impossible, unless you somehow make earth rotate the other way around, for which you would need way too much energy to do so

The earth will stop at some point of time and then it will slowly rotate the other way around. Hehehe, silly idea I think. IMO.
