This is the Spring effect for my Mr. Spring model. It has an attachment that allows it to replace the impale effect and still work in the same hurling way. Can also be used in any other way that you seem fitting.
It uses the same texture as the Mr. Spring model so it only has to imported once.

UPDATE: Changed internal name after I realized it was still using its project name.
UPDATE: Changed to an in-game texture to save some filesize in case someone want's to use it without Mr. Spring.

DonDustin: great, but personally I would prefer if you'd use ingame textures for this one, or at least add a version using them.
