Okay. here how it works. The two rings will move to the middle spot (upper ring move downwards while lower ring move upwards), when they crush together (picture 2), a yellow glow and a rune will pop out for a while and lastly (picture 3), an inner fire rune will come out.
Don't judge this model by the picture, it's better when you see it for yourself :)
