DonDustin: the model changes seem quite simple, but fine, but there are 2 things:
1. change the material of the teeth to 2 sided
2. show me the permittion please

not bad, not bad...
it's usefull nonethless, but there are some improvements needed:

1. the filesize is pretty high, for that, you didn't change much things on the model
2. the texture on his cape is HORRIBLY. go and find another one

anyway, it's a real good and simple model, and the skin make's it look even better, I vote for approval

There are 4 parts you need to merge

The head, the body, the arms and team colored parts (which isn't), and the cape
they all use one texture, merge them down, it will reduce the filesize

Realy i don't like this version. It's unrealistic. And Garrosh has newer had such big shoulderplates...
Screenes from the WOW rip...(i'm not proud of it but it looks much better)
If you will update it make it looks a bit much like this one in wow.

shoulders are fine.

also, i didn't realize how big the filesize was, i'll start merging them

and, i checked the file sizes, the model itself is moderately small but the texture makes it larger

edit: decreased filesize by about 80kb.
