Since night elves did not really have a "moon" effect (except starfall of course), I thought that another one would not be a bad idea. A bit simple, yet perfect for another buff spell.

ElunesBlessing looks fantastic: the cresent moon glows, flickers and emits particles. A very useful SFX model.
