Dan, you should use "Abilities\Spells\Undead\CarrionSwarm\HeroDreadlord.blp" texture, it doesn't have that horn-shading on the head.

No, this model will not be given further updates if that's what you mean. It's the "pre-beta" Warcraft III version of the Dreadlord.

The wings on this model uses the doomguard texture (but still has the dreadlord wing mesh with some edits), and I added a color tint effect on the wing.

Man, if it's not known by now, it should be: I freakin' love anything that is a throwback to Wc3 Beta/Alpha. So many great ideas that never made it in... Anyway.

There's no need for a custom icon when the original Dreadlord icon fits perfect for this model.
Look at the beta screenshot on the link at the first comment post and see what I mean.
