Pyritie: Add a light emitter pl0x. Just copy the one from the torch model and make it a blueish color.

No, and the water bugged the last time I tried to. You can use the light emitter here though.

Blue is hotter than red. Also, this fits the ice ice traps, seen in doodads.
But still. Who would ever use a blue torch.

A ghost? A bored guy? Who knows!
EDIT: I'm going to add the omni, but don't know which fields to set. I see two color fields in the omni properties (magos): color and ambient color. Which one needs to be darker?
UPDATE: added a blue omni. Do NOT use the regular torch doodad as the item model. The omni lights left behind will mess with the terrain.

You could use it for light and have a trigger so that after X amount of time it dies and blue lasts longer than red.

Heh, looks simple in my opinion, but what the heck? RICK ASTLEY is a key word?
3/5 (some people could use it) it's a very simple edit in my opinion
