The beard are a darker colour than the hair, but it look really good on him. Maybe try to use the villager's hair instead of medivh's hair.

Said texture has horrible hair. I'd rather go with something more detailed and sacrifice a few consistencies on the way...

Awesome attachment. Having variation among villagers adds so much flavor to a map.
Also, the idea of a beard attachment is plain awesome to begin with. Now, if only we could make this attach to the portrait model somehow...
