how to make African natives seem trolls

Good evening, I'm editing a map on the colonization of Africa and have no models for indigenous Africans. I plan to use models trolls and change the textures to look like Africans, but I have no idea how to do it, does anyone know?

Anyhow, I'd suggest you'd look for some models or just.. Call them Africans and tint them yellow (cuz that's the desert colour!)

Make them brown, give them more toes/fingers, change their face paint a bit, and alpha out part of their ears (so that they are smaller) if possible.

First of all, make ALL of the spear's tip smooth and not jagged, and re-color it WHOLE BLACK.

You want him to be african? Or african styled? If you want him to be african, well, (not meant to be racist), turn his skin to black/brown.

Finally add tatto on his shoulder, back, chest, or belly. The tatto should be ONLY DOT OR LINE pattern and colored WHITE
