I manually poly reduce it, like this is for example, I manage to reduce it's size from 97,8kb into 24,2kb as I believe ingame wouldn't needed such enormous quality. but certain humanoid models are geomerged (Worgen, Dwarf, Draenei, etc) based off from Human/Orc Male as their base which I have previously reduced for time saving.
You might be meant Garrosh, his cape are from Gul'dan btw. The texture is from Blizzard.
