I'd like to request a Black Dragon Roost with a human birth animation, it would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are able to change it yourself with no effort, tell me if I am wrong, you either can change the model of an existing human building or you change graphic special of the dragon roost ( not sure about second advice, so try the first)
