Cloud gets the following,
Sigma Fortress: Blizzard Materia and Materia Blade.
Northern Crater: Lightning Materia, Ultima Weapon, and Masamune Copy
Fusion Items: First Tsuigi (AKA Fusion Blades) and Flare Materia.
Cloud gets a total of Seven items and he loses five of them to gain the fusion items. End game making him only have two, not a whole lot.

Most skills don't one shot, excluding certain bosses. Just deal a lot of damage the only two bosses that 100% one shot you will be either Sephiroth or Omega.

Some AoEs don't scale with stats for balance reasons. Because some characters don't have good or any AoEs at all.

Those FAQs are there to stop people from asking questions I've been asked many times and I don't want to answer them again. Also at this time there is only two commands in the map (one being made for the new version) and the other is unlocking the secret character.
