me and my friends were playing 3.0.2d on lan, we got to lv8 then decided to remake so we could switch difficulties (we were playing on legendary)

none of our saves worked, though. we tried -load then typed the codes in, but they didn't work. my friend even checked his password against the screenshot, but it just didn't work.

Wait wut? Thats really outdated. About your saves, theres no way for them to not work. You are doing something wrong. Are you loading the proper way which is:

-load

code
*enter*

Okay:
You must use codes from version 3.X.X for it to work.
The codes is bound to your account name, so you can not change acc.
You may not enter ANYTHING wrong or you will not success.

If you did all those 3 things right, your team happen to be the only people in the world that managed to get invalid codes (which should not be possible..)

The wc3 save system doesnt save Game Cache properly so after a load there are hero abilities that do 0 damage thus making the normal wc3 save/load bugged.

Well, if i got it right, he didnt mean the actual warcraft 3 save function. He probably asked why there isnt a normal -save function, why you have to wait between your saves, and why you cant save in low level. This is something that almost all other RPGs have, and that people is used to. I cant see any reason to why this map doesnt allow saving at low level, or why you have to wait a while after saving..
