I will make a short and clear description following -Kobas-'s tutorial... (Its growing each time I update) (ok it grew a lot lot! :D)
1. MAP INFO:
-Ok first of all, the name and the picture have nothing to do with whats inside. The map is a bit similar to DotA because its an AoS, but I've did my best to make a difference between them, currently there are 16 heroes and around 50-60 items, and I'll just keep adding more as I post new versions and I AM OPEN FOR SUGGESTIONS!
Game modes are:
-ap (gain access to enemy tavern)
-ar (everyone gets a random hero)
-dm *number of lives* (die too much and you're history)
-em (handicap on forces of good and forces of evil + 150% hero XP)
-reverse (pick your enemy's hero)
-uber (start on lvl 10)
-2v2 (play on a different map with only 2 lanes)
-to (creates a tomes shop at both bases)
Heroes are currently really unbalanced because I only played the map a several times and already did some balancing but its not enough...
2. FEATURES:
-In this map you gain no hp reg from Strength, no attack speed from agility and no mana regeneration from intellect. But there are cheap potions... (I am changing that because it turned not to be good)
-Unique items... (beside a couple I stole from DotA and a lot I stole from melee)
-Heroes have shit spells but I'm working on it...

3. MORE:
-The map has 2 maps in it (when you use 2v2) and I'm planing to add minigames and a co-op survival mode... insides of the map are really neat and tidy, but since I protected it it doesn't mater now, does it?

. Added a "Cooldown: xx" to every spell.

The terrain is acceptable, nothing shockingly amazing, but okay for an AoS. However the top right part (top lane at the evil's side) is a bit flat and empty, add some grass and add small random height differences. -Talking about the beach area-
The overall gameplay is lacking due to the lack of real custom spells, the Blood mage only has a custom ultimate and that's it. These default heroes really get tiring when you've played Warcraft 3 for so long.
Some suggestions:
Colorize the in-game text appropriately to make it more readable and better looking to the eye
Add info about the gameplay, etc. in the quest log
Also I suggest you post the credits in a quest in-game and in the hive description.
If you're gonna use custom commandbutton icons, replace all of them
The Forces of Evil's minions in mid lane come a bit too late, only 1 mage and 1 melee are present when they clash with all of the forces of good's minions, the rest comes a bit later

Comment: Passive icons should use PAS icon type. Terrain can be improved, also fix hero attack speeds, backswing and such values, you can't farm nicely with some heroes, because of delay before/after actual attacks (this offten happens when you copy and paste heroes and then change models). Maybe some more effects.

Thanks a lot man, I will improve heroes in next versions, I will also add more items, and I didn't know my terrain was nice I thought it deserved 3/5. Scourge towers currently have more damage (I missed that its really imabarrasing)
Creeps have a simple AI due to Computer (Normal) which controls them, tower aim low hp units first, creeps chase you if you're low.
I'll also decrease unit damage and hp in next version.
I also have special effect leaks which I don't know how to fix. Crypt Lord's impaling stomp leaves traces.

I've just figured out that agility must give attack speed, otherwise its really unuseful, ill make it add 0.5 per point...
Will probably change demon hunter Metamorphosis into something more fun...
OMFG There's something seriously wrong with animations, I'll try to fix it.
Ok, I've been testing and figured out that, whenever a unit is being attack, before it takes damage, it plays the stand animation like you issued stop. Anywhore, crypt fiend play the burrow animation, so wtf? Someone help!
Demon Hunter plays the morphed animation when attacked... -.- what kind of a bug is this?
I'll maybe add a serbian or german version. It would be epic to do that!
I thought about doing something like that with my maps (English, French, German), but I didn't do it eventually because you would obtain splitted versions of the same map. However, you can easily do that ingame: you must create 3 versions of every spell and every item (German, English, Serbian) and then place them via triggers. Ingame messages can be done via string arrays. I know a map that did that (English, German) and turned out to be very good!

EDIT: for your animation problem, do you use any damage detection system?
No, I actually didn't touch anything since the previous version where it worked... I use a trigger for the first hero to do damage to another, gives bonus gold, tried turning it off and then re starting the map, didn't help...

Originality: 1/5 (you have a lot of map like this, i dont see any important difference).
Balance: 2/5 (lot of units and items need more balance).
Terrain: 3/5 (not bad).
Custom Stuff: 2/5 (not so much custom stuff,but maybe you dont want to increase map size?).
Gameplay: 3/5 (map is not boring but you need more stuff...you alredy now that).

Suggestions:
1. Most immportant if you want to work serious on map, make your map as much posible different from other AOS maps....make unique staff.
2. Add cool preview and Loading Screen.
3. Heroes look unbalanced,some of them get raped in sec from creeps, decrease cd of potions.....to big cd for small amount of healing.
4. Add Map Info (F9) with map description and most important with commands and modes. (btw message with map modes on start needs to last longer, i didnt even read it).
BUT WAIT! There was a bug, please delete this version, I messed up to map preview! (The bug is fixed)

This is my suggestion:
- make instant potions to have biger cd and to heal less.
- make non-combat potions (which heal over time) to heal more hp and smaller cd.
