There's a free online translation program for Wc3 maps and almost anything else: translate.google.map. There are also some books around called "dictionary" which may be helpfull.

DPSers (agi ranger, assasin) are still not as good as casters , both in PVP and PVM.

Set items are also quite useless in late game, 3 slots of teal items will be better choice. You may consider the COMBINATION of three items which requires special resources or medals. Those requirements can be met by completing special quests or mini games or defeating arch enemies in PVC. The combined item will take 1 or 2 slots instead of 3, making it more attractive to players.

Anyway, You are one of the best ORPG map makers, Robbepop I'm downloading the new map now ( my codes are from old vers =.=')

Well, that's not true, anybody can deprotect any map, that's not too hard, the question is moral, not possibility. There even are programs deprotecting map automatically. Also you don't need to deprotect it, you only need text files from the map and some knowledge about .mpq archives.

Looks like there still was no code wipe...

The balancing about the GoH RPG items is a thing where opinion are divided.
Some people think that they are better, some love combinations out of teals and 60-sets and some (like you) say that full-teals are the best.
Besides that there are also high-end-boss items which are equally powerful as teals. (Boss items from Cronos and Merati)

The same goes for classes in GoH. I think in general all classes are more or less balanced now.
It depends more on your equip and skills to play with the certain hero if you win a situation in PvP or against creeps and bosses or not.
Players with the exactly same heroes can play very differently from their knocklegde about the game and their hero and the one could fail in the same dungeon where the other player succeeds.

Er, Robbepop, can you remove the Ressurection of the Chieftain? Because it made me cry tears when it revived ( My party quits the game and I am stuck in Lvl 26 Elemental Mage ).
Also, can you tell us how many gold we lost if we died.
And Strong Leather is more dominant than the level 25 boot ( can't remember, Iron boots? ) nerf it a little will you?

There were some garena groups but I don't know if they are actually still playing.
