That line makes me laugh, I never said I was good at map making. Don't make up lies. And I have the right to post comments on something I uploaded. Flaming is still against the rules kid, don't forget it.

It was passed on by consent. I was asked to credit the original makers, Gotenkz and Womplord, I did. I credited Orgrim and wcbraint for models, I credited emjlr3 for his spell, I didn't steal anything.

That's nice, but nobody else would have done it if I didn't. People wanted a new DBZ Tribute, they got it.

Again, I didn't call it my work. I edited Gotenkz' map, I gave him credit. I gave Womplord credit, I credited everyone that contributed.

I try not to say this often, but you're a special case. You're flaming someone for creating a community, reviving an abandoned game, etc. You've contributed nothing to said community, yet you think you're above everyone. Honestly, get a life.

Credit doesnt matter, end of question, you need permission written permission or else it's piracy.

Naw, I don't think im above everyone, but I do think i'm one of the few people who likes to stop pirates like you and gotenkz. Technically your both at fault, I Would have disapproved gotenkz map as well. Credit isn't the only thing that matters you need permission as I said earlier.

Personally given means from him directly to the person who carried on the work. Aka, he has to talk to the guy and tell him yes you can use my map.

He can't just make a general statement and call his map open-source check the hive rules.
Qoute direct from the rules:
"One exception to this may be if a map was willingly passed on from one owner to the next, not simply edited from an open source map."

Aww, you really wish it was GG don't you Adam, you silly lil pirate you. Don't make me burn up all the rum. The hive rules don't allow open source maps like womplords to count as being permission <3.

I'm pretty sure by that rule, they mean editing an unprotected map without permission. That wasn't the case. Besides, I don't drink rum.

Wrong, it means you need exact personally give permission from the first author to the 2nd author and so forth. NO OPEN SOURCE. That's what that means, Womplord made his map opensource, he didn't give exact permission personally to Gotenkz, they didn't have a conversation and Womplord transfer all rights to Gotenkz.

The lack of proof on your part that he ever made such a deal, makes it so. Lack of evidence is evidnce, and please don't 1337 speak, it just makes you look more and more like a illiterate Pirate.

Excuse the double post, but I didn't want to bring this up unless I had to.

"If a map is based upon or contains a large percentage of another map's ideas or components, full credit is expected to be given."

Full credit was given, I stated this earlier.

"Resource moderators will decide on a case-by-case basis which maps are "original" enough to be approved."

I think this says it all, two moderators approved it, it doesn't matter what you say anymore.

And "leet speak" is a joke, don't take it seriously.
