Details
A game witch involves quite a bit of creeping, you start off with your queen (Don't let the queen die) 2 physical beetles, 2 ranged beetles and an assasin beetle as well as one reserch centre and a hive where you can train units. Hives are upgraded by using the ability 'Upgrade to higher stage' this allows you construst Better physical and ranged units but they do cost more.

There are loads beetles and 10 neutral units you can get your hands on by fighting them for their nests, These nuetral units are also around the map witch if you kill you earn gold and lumber - You also get an income to help you out and to make the game a bit more fast-paced.

The setting is a puddle, it's always raining and sometimes the water level rises making it dangerous for your beetles to go into The terraining at the moment is quite basic and simple.

Beetle Unit List:
Assasin beetle (Used to sneakely kill the enemy queen, can see other assasin beetles)
Kamikaze Beetle (Blows up)
Pysical beetle (Upgrades into critical then professinol combat then expert combat)
Ranged Beetle (Upgrades into poison then deadly then killer)
Aura beetle (Loaded with many auras key to an army but expensive)
Forest beetle (Can grow trees as well as cut them down)
Tunnel Beetle (Can dig tunnels goes well with firest beetle)
Speedy kamikaze (stronger kamikaze beetle)
Robo-lizard (runs on electricity and fires it as well)
Robo-creatue (best robo, runs on electricity, melee)
Mana destroyer (anti robo units, destroys electricity and deals damage)

Some extra things ingame include;
Tunneling - with tunnel Beetles you are able to dig tunnels under the ground and create an underground network with your allies.
Grouping system - This allows you to group your units into one single group so you can move all your units in one go if you wanted, it was imputted so that you didn't mix-up your 2 army groups or mini creeping groups
Tree growing - With the forest beetles you can grow Some trees to defend your base but the trees can also be cut down by The same unit.

1st update:
added a total of 25 more units into the game (16 of these are for the sub race mini hydras)
added name changing.
added new sub-race
added another 2 buildings for the beetles
added some trees witch attempt to destroy you with infernals every now and again
made some reserches have more stages.

Hydra race info:
the race is initally just wild animals, to obtain the race just fight a hydra in the wild (the hydras are cowards and will fight for whoever nearly kills them regardless of if it's player owned or not) then wait for the hydra to grow up, get it to lay an egg when it can (also build a spawning ground if you want to) then wait for the egg tohatch then for thagt one to grow up and lay eggs etc.
When the hydras are in hatchling stage you cannot tell the differance between any of them accept that the dark one is black, once they are young there is a slight differance and when they are adults there is a clear differance.

NEW THINGS NOW THAT IT'S OUT OF THE BETA STAGE:
Reconstruted the tunneling system so now you can actually GO underground where one of your players starts they play as the 'ants' they are not that differant from the beetles accept that they can gather resources from gold mines and such and the fact that they need support from the beetles to keep them going. The ants are the teams gaurdian of the underground there role if very important if your team wants to move around the map quickly s the team need to donate to them so that they can keep the underground system sustained and protected from the enemy 'ant' player. if you let this particular player die then you are in serious trouble!
ant have the same tech as the beetles as that was the price of their protection of the beetles tunnels.

Added 2 unique to the ants buildings
Added 6 unique to the ants units
Added acheivements.
At the moment acheivements give you nothing but recognition amongst the game players but soon will actually give you awards.
now 8 player instead of 6.
hydras now have more ancient looking skin but i will still thank Huinipachutli for the first one i used (it's only fair)
added camera system so that you can switch from the underground areas and above ground areas.
Removed the strategy guides as it makes it more intresting when people create their own tactics then copy one in quests but it still has the 'getting started' one for the begginers.

V1.1 updates:
Added 4 unique units to the beetles
Now has underground creeps as well
Added 2 unique buildings to the beetles
Added a guide to the new creeps as they are a little bit more special then the others
decreased the amount of lag - hopefully.
Name shortend due to fact that it was to long and couldn't fit a versioon number on it.

More buildings for both races
More unique units for the ants and beetles
New reserches

If the game laggs please notify me, i myself cannot find this out as i cannot host on b.net so i don't know wether it laggs or not

For the first few seconds there is expected lag, this is down to the game initializing itself so wait a few seconds for people to settle at the start of the game please.

hmm?? This is Beetle battle - puddle fight not The beetle battle ai thing lol i knew if i had a rly similar name this wud happen, why do i always forget untill it's too late
The beetle battle ai thingy was made by another person and has been around for much longer if i remember it also had a completaly differant gaming style as you controlled a beetle and it was a minigame. and this is the first version of the beetle battle - puddle fight lol.

Well thanks for sorta helping me, mabye in the next version it will be renamed to prevent confusion

Edit: the name has now been changed to beetles and ants - domination

god ,this map has EXTREME lag when starting then it gets worse ,i think its a leak so please fix it

Yea for sum reason the game laggs at start then continues but other times it's completaly lagg free, over the time i been working on the map i've been focusing on the cause of that. It's not a leak but i think i will need to include some kind of starting wait time so that, that neva happens but for the time being the cause of it is unknown

Got any ideas at all

as for the name i dont rly get it - it doesn't heppen to me :P guess i'll have to shorten the name to fix that

apologies

I am sorry for the slow progress on the game, i have been preocupied (is that how u spell it?) with other things such as the constant flow of realy far fetched and complicated ideas in my head witch lead me to thinking for hours upon hours. and playing other peoples maps for insiration.

the reason for there not being an ant ai at the moment is because they try to creep the units above ground as well as attack players based above ground when they themselves can't get their if you could give me some help then that would be great.

acheivements awards are the harest thing to figure out as you don't whant to throw the whole game into a big landslide so i wouldn't be expecting that to be added anytime soon.

I have attempted to cut down the lag but the main cause still remains unknown so please do not comment about that event if it happens to you, just restart the game and it should be fine.

continue to comment on the game if you wish and all feedback is appriciated.

lol yea i always go ott with descriptions

it became a habit a while bk, once the next update is released i will separate the text into differant sections such as 'unit lists' 'building lists' 'changelog' & 'soon to come' to make it easier for ppl

however because i'm going to be working on a very big project of mine for the next few weeks (maybe even months) that may take a while to happen.
