As it says in the description, the missile is based on a Gyrocopter.

I'll probably try some things, like resizing the hand/missile to get a proper look.

But, for an icon with "Stop Time" name, maybe you could've put a clock instead of a missle.

That's way too simple. One of many aspects is to show what you want the ability to be without using the most obvious subjects.
