zombie2279: Since you mentioned you don't want to make any improvements, I'll approve this for now. Could be useful.

This icon presents a mainly foreground orientated appearance giving a blending transformation to an effect's tail in the background, just as the fireball version.

The object is noticeable as a magical missile but is lacking in the icy appearance.
It could use litle snowy particles flying aways or just a cold glow.

Currently, it shows us more a thunderball than a snowball, which it should originally remind to i guess. Big tendrils fo not exactly match, in my personal opinion, with an icy missile, but it's mainly their shape which misleads its function to another usage.
Icy tendrils could be frozen water or simply snowy, as mentioned, particles.


The surface is relatively smooth, the scratches on the missile's crown distracts a bit quality. Remove that one simply. Same applies for the both scratches in the froground which tend to appear on the very front and head of the missile in the belnding are between white head and tendrils in the middle.

Background is good as it is.

Of course I could do a much better and more detailed icon review on this one myself, but then I fear you wont be able to catch up with all the excellent propositions. I think I'll just leave you here to contemplate mr. Paladons post...

Looks a bit like Bigapple90's icebolt icon, but the wind line that makes it look like its moving are lacking, it just looks like its sitting there instead of moving.
