Though my clouds suck and it's done in paint in 30 seconds..
You get the idea. use a dark color for the shape of the clouds and a lighter stroke to give them cloudlike highlights but only a little, and only on the side where the moon shines 'past' it towards the viewer.
I like this icon a lot, even without the clouds - better in fact. The lack of color is a bit uncharacteristic of other WC3 icons, but I like a change. Your detail works on the moon is astounding, and the raven's feathers are realistically chaotic. The head is a little square, though. I realize this might be a problem with canvas size more than anything else, but I have trouble seeing any logical shape where the head should be. It really is great work, otherwise.
