Selling a warcraft 3 account on ebay?
I talked to a guy I 'knew" but apparantly it wasn't him, the guy said he bought the account off of ebay... For 40 cents...
Yes I know its 40 cents but look...
Takes 10 seconds to make a FREE account
stats mean diddly shit, just means you play melee a lot
its dumb for selling one
its dumb for buying one.
In my opinion, if a person sells a warcraft 3 account on ebay, they are just stupid and bored, if you buy the account, there just dumbasses lol.
He said "Figured the account would have good stats" Unless your a hardcore melee guy, no one looks at them xD, even then its worthless!
I still think he was lying to me and he prob is, thought this is funny to bring up! =P
Thoughts?

My friend Devan uses loss hacks and a system where he sets up somewhere from 100 to 125ish bots. He has them all enter Ladder at once under the same settings and tells them all to lose except for one. So basically, he gets insta-wins on an account with very minimal losses.
He has accounts that are like 3649-6, 3042-9, and one that's 5939-15.
He then sells them on ebay for 40-80$ usually.
Talk about easy money >>

Why the hell would you sell warcraft 3 accounts... When the stats only mean you get different Icons, its a waste of money...

How much would you buy from this account:
Double 1500 random icon, both over 70%
When I was still active in battle.net some years ago, many wanted to buy it. Highest bid was 500$ if I remember right...

Trust me, those who sell accounts aren't fools. They are the fishermen. The fish is those who buy accounts, now they are the fools. And playing for icons, not to say buying an acc for icons is incredibly dumb, you really have to be a total air head...
As for buyindg acc for stats what's the point in having sum1 1500:10 when you ask him let's 1vs1 he is a total noob or doesn't wanna play? Lol...

He's right. The sellers are the smart ones, because they know there are people out there dumb enough to actually buy them.

I'd buy a cool icon for 40 cents. I got a whole jar of change I don't need.
Edit: Wait... no I wouldn't, because it requires too much work to go through the exchange process.

No point in flashing around with 1500 win faces any longer imo, they were cool back in '05 five or so. Nowadays, not many people care that much as before.

I don't really know anyone that actually seriously plays ladder any more. I mean I'm sure there are the die-hards out there, just like Starcraft, but come on, Blizzard stopped caring and so should you.
