Is there a way to start the effect of a trigger when a passive ability activates?
Like if a hero succeeds and strikes a critical strike or a enemie misses the hero because of evasion?
That would only work with custom abilities. There you have a trigger for the ability, so you can control that when the chance succeeds, it will (besides the normal effect) also cause the extra effect.
You can try making those passive abilities yourself and make triggers for them to activate and add those extra effects to your custom abilities.
