Image importing and displaying (larger than 1500x1400)
Hi, I want to display an image in the world editor greater than ~1500 x ~1400? Is this possible, if yes, how? And does it need to be a blp one, or can it also be tga?

It should be a blp file as far as I know.
I don't suggest using such a big file since it will increase map size ALOT.
I suggest you reduce the size of the picture with irfanview (program), that way the map wont be as big either, making it easier to load for people etc.

I think that link u gave solved your problem by default... xD
It needs to be 512x512 px or 256x512 px.
That means: no u can't use such a big file. :P Gues it works the same as for a loading screen.

That would drastically lower its quality, it would have no use for me than.

2048*2048 or 1024*1024 or 1024*512 are also permited. It said it has to be power of 2 due to the way WC3 stores textures.

Remember that most people do not have mega high res screens. Also the image only visually starts to lose quality after having to be scaled greater than 1.5 times or some number simlar.
I would recommend nothing bigger than 1024*1024.

Is there a tga->blp convertor which can convert images with size of 2048*2048?

2048*2048 is bigger than almost every PC screen. Even a HD TV is only 1980*1240 odd.
Remember that due to bilinear filtering that images can easilly be displayed at double the resolution before pixcells become noticable.
