How do we set the range of a sniper to shoot it far and slow?

And also about the shotgun close with splash?

but once u add attack range u cannot remove it...

and what slow mean..?

Well nvm about the slow.
i meant like slow cooldowns. :D

But what upgrades?

rifleman(human) has add attack range ability (i think)

the rifleman need an upgrade to get more attack range....

But i need to use it on a hero and how do you apply upgrades to hero??

make the hero ability need an upgrade

You can remove the range, you just have to use a second upgrade that gives the unit + ( "-" range)

it's for ability
i know it's can
but for what use -range at ability
