dont shot over walls

hi folks, i want my map to feel like under the earth but the ranged units fire over or throu walls when they see an enemy behind, is it possible to let them shot only in a "clear line of sight" ?

dont let them see through the walls... use line of sight blockers :P

EDIT: after posting this i remember that you may have more units in the map :P (sry im kinda aslep :/) guess my post was not helpfull at all

i think that you can check if the path between both units is walkable and then if not order the unit to stop... but i dont know how will that look like when done

that would also create a little flaw in the system since you should be able to shoot over gaps but if it's not walkable you cant shoot over it..

check if the path between both units is walkable would be good. but how does that work?

it checks if some point in the map or region or whatever is walkable for some of the types of "walking" for ie you cant walk over deep water but you can float on it or fly over it ... so walk will return false while floatability and fly will return true
