No. Dynamic stuff like custom value cannot be references in tooltips.

?? isnt that what was said in first post, with the dmg the ability does? And why should you do it, personally think it is more easy just to write it. But as far as I know (not jasser) you cant do that..
You cannot get the damage info of an ability via JASS.
