Point of "Required Reading"?
I was lurking around the forums the other day and jumped into the Required Reading forum, i've been there before, and laughed at it's inactivity. However, it really is pointless, one book has been reviewed and that was over one year ago! So I ask thee fellow brothers and sisters, what purpose does this forum serve more than taking space?

Seeing as brad said it was dead, I assume that means that it's dead.
Where's the confusion here?

If it's dead, why is it still alive, so to say, why does it still exist? In the case that brad_dude03 will continue with the project someday?

Because the admins never got around to removing it, I imagine.

I had plans to continue updating it, but it got the back burner to school and work.
Wolverabid created it for me, and since everyone else is so out of it, he was the only admin that was really aware of its presence.
Thus it's gone happily ignored for a long time. I don't have the time to continue with it, and I had been meaning to get an admin to change the permissions so that users could contribute, but you know, just another pet project that never really took off.
It was created mostly because I had only 2 forums to moderate back then, and I was bored. Since then I've come to moderate the majority of the website, which keeps me a lot busier.
I'll have to get someone to delete it.
