Riddle :D
A rich business man lives in a penthouse on the 40th floor of an apartment complex. On sunny days, he puts on his sunglasses to shield his eyes from the sun, then he takes the elevator all the way down to the lobby, goes to work, comes back, and rides the elevator all the way to the 32nd floor. Then he walks up the last 8 flights of stairs to his penthouse on the 40th floor. On rainy days, however, he takes his umbrella to shield him from the rain, rides the elevator all the way down to the lobby, goes to work, comes back, and rides the elevator all the way to his penthouse on the 40th floor. Why does he only ride up to his elevator on rainy days?

Is it because he's short?
...And wont ask anybody for help, or carry some kind of reaching device with him because of his size, or live somewhere where the engineers weren't too stupid to put the buttons up high, or better yet, use a 0-9 keypad floor dialing system?

I have 3 arms that move in circles, I have no voice...but I make a noise....I have no mouth, and I can't shout, for I'm mechanical...just like a doll...(unless of course I can make my own riddles...) I apologize for my interference..
