If its too pricy then your not dedicated and you won´t get far, especially if you keep hanging around a warcraft community asking for advice on how to become a successful rapper.

Some of them use real instruments from time to time. But I don't know, if they go 100% PC, or use external synthetisers. As for PC programs. Fruity Loops isn't that expensive and it's easy to use. Cubase, Reason are really pro, therefore more expensive. But on a side note, why don't you just fucking google it? Here's a random link I've found after 5 seconds.
