it looks... ancient. it doesnt look much like modern art with much shading and such, but like... if any of you guys have ever seen the wh40k rulebook, the eterenity gate.

Very unique style you've got there, I especially like the colour scheme you chose, since that is not a standard lich king one. It is also nice how you didn't leave the background blank, but put a building (or whatever it is). It also looks somewhat... traditional, old style, rather than a new view.

Well I did my best.! I am a somewhat more traditional artist. This was my first painting ever of the Lich King. It was fun and I just wanted to share it here. If you would like me to post more of my work I will. I don't mind your critiques and comments. I was really scared to post this one here, but to those who have enjoyed it, I'm glad that I did.

Hmm... I think personally it would give more effect if his head tilted up a bit and his hair went behind him. Just my idea, it would make it look much much more epic :)
Otherwise though it is very nice.
