So nobody hates anyone else unless one person has committed a crime?

What? No. That's just silly. Of course there are many people that hate each other. It takes more than just hate to kill, or badly injure someone.

Incorrect. People don't attack each other, because we just don't do that. We evolved that way. Once you have brains capable of rational thought, that kind of adaptation is a damn good thing. The only people that should be afraid, are people who are thinking about committing a crime. If they haven't committed a crime, people aren't against them, and they needn't worry about all the dangerous people around them.
Hmm i bet i have seen the contrary on television and in history, people are attacking and killing eachother for ages, it seems we didn't evolve at all. Or it seems plenty of people have a lack of rational thinking.(wich is true incase of terrorists and serial killers) or both..

And im against alot of people, even if they haven't committed a crime, like paris hilton for example. (o wait she did commit a crime)

It takes provocation and/or insanity. Or the mafia.

In theory, I agree that the Constitution needs to be updated to fit modern times. However, there are HUGE problems with actually changing it.

1. The people who would have the most say in what came out and what went in would not be the PEOPLE of America. They would be senators and congressmen who were pawns of the people who gave them money.
2. Some of the stuff in the Bill of rights is very important (Freedom of speech). If you changed any of it, you would be setting a precedent that said, "It's okay to get rid of stuff," which we can't really afford.

To sum up, it's better to have a flawed system than it is to replace it with one that will be worse.
