You do know the american soldier dies halfway through the game, and the british soldier is played throughout the whole thing?
Medal of Honor games are utterly patriotic, but not Call of Duty games. Heck, in CoD 3, you played either a british, a canadian, a french and a polish for the whole game. You didn't even play as an american, since they were all fighting Japan.

Heh, I only played CoD 2, but the Russian campaign > the American campaign by far.
