Final Fantasy XIII to come to Xbox 360! - The Hive Workshop

You may already know of this, but Final Fantasy XIII is coming to the 360 as well as the PS3. What are your thoughts on this?

I don't mind SOME turn-based games. Live Civ 4? Can't play it. It's too damned boring. But Kotor? Kotor was turnbased and still kicked so much ass.

I never cared about any Final Fantasy games, anyways. The turn based concept lost it for me, although I do play some turn based(NWN, KOTOR, Baldurs Gate 2). I wonder if it will fit on a dual-layered DVD.

Well with kotor when yopu encounter an enemy the game pauses so you can line up your attacks, you unpause and then line your attacks in realtime during combat. Sort of half-and-half.

No, Fallout 3 is not turn based combat. It's pretty easy to tell if you bothered to watch any gameplay videos.

I like some turned based games. Legend of Legaia was pretty sweet. I don't know why, but I love that game.

Anyway, FF should only ever be done by Sony.
Microsoft is smart for getting it, the fanboys will be able to play their games on a superior system, but Microsoft is pretty much the most evil corporation, ever.

There are a lot of Microsoft haters in these forums. But this makes it so people don't have to buy a 500 dollar console just for one game. On another note, they didn't reduce PS3's price at E3, So this sort of justifies the descision.

I quite enjoyed twelve, although the story was lacking.
