FallOut 3 AWESOME GAME~BUT NEED HELP

Yo Fall Out 3 is awesome and totally sick but Im stupid so I have some questions on a couple quests. Where is that android Dr.Zimmer is looking for and how do I prove it? Also how do I find the "Antagonizer" and that guy with the robots. It kind of annoys me that I cant do these quests because I have virtually done no major quests. Help again is appreciated.
