Guilds!?

I was thinking if we should add Guilds , since factions mean allainces , I was thinking that Guilds would represent the Faction within the Faction , for istance The Aldarris Guild wich I want to create has being a small group of Wood Elf Warrios :
Trained in the arts of Druidism and Combat , the Aldarris warriors were the best ranks in the Wood Elf Society , they were used for important missions such as escorting a King or Queen to the disired destination , often in wars a Aldarris will assume control over the companion he was sent to. To join the Aldarris Guild a Wood Elf would have had at least 100 years spent in the Wood Elven army , also he would have to prove great dexterety and taking the right decision in extremly hard situations. Novice in druidism , they would learn only the primary essences such as Healing ; Expert in combat , one must master the arts of archery and single hand combat in order to be considered a Aldarris.
Of course i havent finished creating their entire profile (i still need to make leaders , how would they look like ,other storyline related features, etc.)

These Guilds have been created, but they have not been posted in The Hive. Since they are being requested, I will post them right away. Rememeber that these things are old, and some may not agree with the facts: Ork is for Black Orks, and Orc is for the green Orcs of the Northleger as we know them in Warcraft III.
