Need Help For New Custom Abilities !

Hello Guys.

I need some help for you. i want you to create the abilities i will tell you how i want abilities to work (if you can).And Remember That I need them with jass not triggers.

Ability number 1.
Name Of Ability : Murderer
This Ability Changes one enemy's HERO ( only heroes )
hit points with hero's mana points (example : hero has 200 mana and 1000 hit points then set hit points to 200
and mana to 1000. if full mana is 574 then set to full. if hit points after change life - mana is equal or lower than 100 then kill enemy hero at once).Cool Down 60 Seconds.
That Is My First Ability Want You To Create For Me If You Can.
Please Try It And Remember Only Jass.

Why only JASS? Not everyone can write JASS.

and triggers but i do not want to have too many... i mean with jass i will just copy from here triggers should need much work , but it is ok if you can do it with triggers i only said that i prefer jass.
