This thread is for storage of a few different templates that can be copied and pasted for filling out if someone wishes to start a new contest. These would be useful for suggestion threads for contests after some positive feedback has been received....

The entries will be marked with X% judging, Y% public poll. Once the deadline has been reached, all entries submitted into the contest will be marked, and a public poll opened.
