Next Terrain Competition

Now that the other poll is done, which theme do you guys want to do?

Mountain or Blue?

No import terrain contest OR High Res ONLY contest.

Looks like themed wins. But it should be an original theme and something like Belgarath suggested.

Oh, and theme:
Forests/Farms/Countrysides (Mother Nature) for No Import;
Castles - including indoor - for high res.

No import should be a mini-contest. I don't want to limit the main contest. Maybe add a little side contest to the whole one. If you make it without imports you can enter the mini-contest, or you can make a separate terrain for the mini-contest.

umm i read the gloom post I liked it, you had a lot to work with but it was a challenge at the same time so something long those lines i dont know what though dark terrain is my speciality but i want to try something "different"

If I could choose.. I would say Themed, with imports. The Theme being Castles, inside or outside.

I say High Res castles, aye. With a no imports mini contest beside it.

High res is a no. I get to Veto the contest and high res is out.

Aw. It'd be fun, especially since I like it. But yeah, it's probably not contest stuff..

eh i'm not a big fan of inside shots maybe not castles but it should be something broad so we dont get a lot of things that look alike

I vote castles. Either that or mountains.

heres some ideas
undead terrain (graveyard to a ruined city)
dark castle(like Barad-Dur or the black temple)
Village Fall tileset
mountainish terrain, sorta norse-ish
cliff/canyon
underwater
thats all i can think of atm

A lot of Undead stuff has already been done.

Dark Castle.. I would just stay with simply Castle.

Village Fall.. Forest, small village, countryside, fields.

Mountain sounds great.

Cliff/Canyon.. basically Mountain but in reverse I guess.

Underwater.. Would be cool.

I vote for underwater. Something new and I like the sound of it.
