Modeling Competition Ideas
I haven't seen many good satyr models, so I thought it would cool to see what kind of satyrs some people out there could make. So the contest is the best satyr model. Submissions must use ingame textures, and have custom animations. So there's my idea. GO!

I don't think there's not enough info. It would basically be the same as any other modeling contest, just with this theme. Anyways, Satyr is quite restricting. Try something a bit less limiting.

Really? Ok then. To be less restricting, how about if the theme is "Corrupted." That means whatever you think it means, well, to an extent.
And how about if for more criteria, it has to be a ranged unit, and the most creative take on "corrupted ranged unit" wins. Better? I like this one better

Corrupted sounds like a nice theme, but Ranged is getting somewhat restricting again.

We have a different modeling competition going, which is hosted about every month and a half. Once one ends, we usually brainstorm together for a new theme, and the most popular one is hosted.

One modeling contest, yes.
We usually only have one contest of each type of modding going at a time (modeling, skinning, icon making, mapping, coding, etc.) so that the participants don't get overwhelmed.
