Choices Contest
Many times (quite often) games don't give you the choice of what to do or what is bad and good. All they do is send you down a path where you can't even do anything "revolutionary" well in this case I want that to change.
I think that a great contest would be to make games where you have to make decisions and things happen based on them!

I'm guessing that what you're trying to say is that you should create a map/campaign where things happen based on "action: consequence", a bit like in 'The Witcher' where you can do things that only ever affect the actual story/game until late.
Good idea.

Thank you! finally! No one was answering this thread! If you guys can help me buff out the details, this could be awesome.
Now it's like this ~Void~, I want a game where your not restricted as most others, such as having multiple ways of completing something. Basically you can either do It the good way, or the evil way, or something like this.
All of this will end up shaping the world around you and how groups will react to you, but this is only a idea, and any criticism is welcome!

Yes to a point, Fable is an awesome game that did what I have In mind, but It's not a remake I'm thinking of. I wouldn't do that because of copyright stuff.

Upon reading this thread, I remembered the game Never Winter Nights.... It has the concept in terms of quest accomplishment.
In this thread, you are suggesting a contest on making a map with this kind of concept. Now the question is, beside the fact that the ending of the story may be altered depending on how you will accomplish your quests, what will you get on doing so?
EX. We can use Wolfybeker's Example.
If the player will do the "good way", he will gain (reward/incentive) and his quests will not be altered.
If the player will do the "bad way", he will gain (reward/incentive) and his quests will be altered.
Also consequences will also occur on every action they make on accomplishing a quest.
Just a brainstormed idea lol.

That Marven was pretty much the idea for the thread all along :), now If you can just tell me how I should set this up, (PM me how it should look, like looks, etc.) For the explanation for others to do this so I can put my information of it on here (Such as rewards), It would be appreciated. I would give you a rep for being such a nice person as well :).

I think choice, action, consequence would be better. Doing it just 'good' or 'bad' won't make it very interesting.
With the CAC, I mean stuff like you see some beggar asking for money, if you help him you get into fight with him because he tries to slit your purse, if you don't kill him fast enough, a guard sees it and fines you, if you don't help him, nothing happens.
Get my point? :P
