I know, but they look too friendly and lovely for dragons. But you are right, they looks like babies, and babies don't have to be spiky and it is natural if they are looks friendly.

man...the shadow of an object isn't just a darker tone of the base color. Also the more you go into shadow, the more saturated the color becomes and the more you go into light, the more it desaturates. Remember that, it's very important.

Okay. I'll remember that. This is one of my first attempts at doing anything decently colored.

man, the perspective is screwed up big time. In fact, there isn't any...it's some sort of axonometric view invented by yourself. If this were into perspective, it would have to be a 3-point perspective witch is not very easy to construct...And what on earth is it with those ellipses with sharp corners? This is how an ellipse should look like:

Not like this:

This is a common mistake upon unexperienced drawers though and it must be corrected from an early stage.

I tried to make them curved but then they went all funny.

aye, but I think that should be a lava lamp...
And yes, it's very boring, has no point of interest (same quantity of the same colors everywhere, you don't even know where to look) and lacks an interesting composition.
