any good tutorial for muscles i gona try make my first exelent skin

i will need ur help here and i gona need a very good tutorial how to make muscles and metal.
i cant just do the lightning effects it doesent look good.
can some one teach me?

OK, I'm making a tutorial right now on metallics, cloths, eyes, hair, and other different techniques.

If I am right you want to paint muscles ? Try to shade simple ball first . Just take few colours and practice it is not so hard . Then take one of the Blizzard textures with the muscles and try to make same :) Same goes for everyhing . How to make metal ? Take a look at WC metal texture . It is just a color with very strong highlights thats all :)
