i need some serius help with cinematics

i know how to make them say stuff and getting cinematic mode but then the problem comes:
i cant make it look at them and get them to move it is with camera and cinematic triggers the problem is... coz the cinematics are boring if u just watch u your town hall and u see people of the map talks... so can anyone help me with how i should make them move while a camera watchs AND so the camera doesnt face that way it does when it plays cinematic???

Use the 'Camera' actions in the editor.

yee i know that but its the part of trigger thing

1. USe the Camera Palette
2. Place cameras
3. OPen Trigger Editor
4. MAke a new trigger (with events and conditions you want)
5. Create a new action, the 'Camera' actions
