Triggerer required for ambitious project

I am Flamyofthehive, and I want YOU to help out on this ambitious project.
Currently I am talking about a conversion of the true Warhammer 40,000 into WC3 without turn based gameplay. In order to do so, I require the triggerer to know precisely how to play around with specific triggers to limit point values of armies and sets of soldiers. I currently can give anything needed for information on this triggering task.

Note: Until this project will be complete, there will be placeholder models for all crucial units such as SM Sargeant and CSM.

Because it would take too much triggerer and I'm at least trying to optimize it so it doesnt lag too much.

Well the bigger question is what CAN you do. I would love for someone that would either understand GUI or JASS but it will be a to be decided on which system to use.
