Anomines

Anomines is hiding himself outside of the allowed area. On top there is no reward - or at least it's not shown what you recieve when giving him his wizard hat back. Spoiled kid. :c
At first I even thought he got removed from the game until imago_ saw him walking around.

The problem with the reward (both experience and/or gold) is due to your character's level. In order to receive quest rewards you have to complete them while being no more than 5 levels of difference with that of the quest. You can check the level of the quest by going to the quest log, or rather just look at the message that appears on your screenshot, and you'll see it says "(19)Got Style?"; you would have been able to get a reward if you were lvl 24, tops. I hope it's a clear explanation.

He teleports around, so this might happen sometimes.

But anomines is a dirty little cheater and wallhacker anyway. So you could call it a feature.
